14th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Daniel, Ryan and their team were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. We especially valued the clear communication and regular updates on progress. Importantly for us, there was no drama and our property was sold for the price that Daniel told us it would sell for, so we were very pleased with the service. We would have no hesitation in using Inskip & Davie again in the future and to recommend to others.

I dealt mostly with Beth who I could not fault at all. Impeccible. Communicated multiple times a week from start to finish without fail and when she wasnt there, Kye was there to step in. I honestly thought buying a property was daunting, but Beth made it so it wasnt. I honestly could not fault both her and Harvey Robinson at all. 100% will be my go to if I decide to move again down the line. INCREDIBLE!

Great communication and easy to get hold of when needed, keeping me updated at every stage and making sure everything was in place for the move in. Her friendly and approachable manner really stood out to us. Would highly recommend!

At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! 3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)So we bought and sold through W/E and what a roller-coaster!<br>The process of buying a house in England remains an absolutely travesty of daftness with a huge life change dictated by most things out of your control. I think I may have aged throughout the process but James, Kess and Morgan has kept us on the rails and supported with clear communication and guidance throughout. I think I don't really like estate agents, but in truth to get a team of people that communicate well, support you through a process and possibly provide a level of fun when things are tricky is maybe what the world needs. I like this team. Would I recommend them - Yes!
