The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. 14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

She is extremely personable and very good at her job. I have enjoyed each and every interaction with her - even when I was troubled, Ruby was full of knowledge and helpful advice for me. I look forward to saying hello to her as she continues her task on site. Thank you, Ruby.

1st Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Samantha and Grant were fantastic throughout what turned out to be a genuinely long and challenging sale (18 months from listing to completion). Despite a slow market and a tricky final stretch with some difficult transaction dynamics, they never dropped the ball. They felt like true partners in the process, always proactive, always in my corner, and completely unshaken by the pressure. In the final few days, when things got especially tense, they were absolutely outstanding, calm, professional and clearly fighting for the best outcome for me. I can't recommend them highly enough - a genuinely excellent team.

4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We were kept informed at every step of the journey selling our property, everything went smoothly on the sale and the process of selling, it also helped a great deal with the solicitors being in house as they can liaise with each other without having to go through us regarding small matters, the team managed our sale and was also very professional and efficient, the person who valued the property was spot on and was instrumental in us choosing Connells due to their local knowledge, putting forward suggestions regarding the potential for the property also, it seems the company are very prominent in the area which I didn't notice until we started selling, there are Connells for sale signs everywhere in the area which is comforting to know, Thank you.

8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

He made sure we were kept well informed at each stage of the sale and kept the whole process moving between us, the buyers and solicitors. We can't recommend the company enough. The best by far!

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

Wellington Evans were the agent of the house we were buying and treated us with honesty, transparency and respect throughout the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to our experiences of more ‘traditional’ agents. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were supported right through to completion day itself. I cannot imagine how much smoother the process would have been if we had sold and bought from Wellington Evans initially. But, we are in and settled and wish to express our thanks to James and his team for their efforts throughout.
