I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed. Thank you so much Tracey you are a real asset to the company and I wish you and Edward Mellor all the very best for the future.
5th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

A very smooth and professional process from start to finish, with regular updates and always available to answer questions. Much better service and local market knowledge than an online estate agent could offer. Highly recommended
26th Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

8th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…

27th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I may be biased but my son and his team sold 2 properties for my husband and myself. 1 being on Manor Road in Bramhall and the other being in Portland close in Hazel Grove. Excellent service but he is a-bit bossy if I do say so myself. Gets it from his Dad.
