Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

21st Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Mike Hadfield was polite, friendly and personable. He explained clearly how he had reached his valuation for the property, the selling process, and their fee for selling. He clearly takes pride in his work, which was demonstrated when he spent time taking the photographs to show the best features of the property. We were able to sell the property for the price he had suggested.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

The photos Matthew Clayton took were outstanding and the writeup really helped to generate interest. Geraldine was attentive and responsive whenever questions arose or matters needed dealing with.<br>A first class and very professional service, if you want to sell your property with estate agents who care and take pride in their work choose Ryder and Dutton.

When the ladies at Bridgfords took over, they sold our home in 1 month. If you are serious about selling your home, these ladies are serious about selling it for you. I cannot speak highly enough of them and verbally recommend them to anyone selling a house.

She was reassuring and proactive throughout my purchase, excellent communication and even gave me emotional support when I got wobbly. It's a stressful thing buying a house but Laura guided me and supported me throughout and I'm super grateful. From the get go Mike and Ginene offered their professional advice, supporting me through the difficult decisions I struggled to make.<br><br>The process continuing to flow in a peaceful direction by Nina’s exceptional support, bubbly and energetic in nature she kept all parties very well informed immediately on receipt to aid the progression of the sale. She constantly liaised between the same to manage expectations and prompt when needed to aid the completion of each step. Her methods elevated unwanted stress that most will know this kind of event has a reputation of carrying.<br><br>She deserves a massive pat on the back and I have no doubt she will apply her professionalism, good intentions and dedication to all her future sales. 3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We used this company when selling our house, and having previously dealt with other estate agents, the positive experience we had with Wilson was even more noticeable.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions straight away. They gave us a realistic valuation of our property, unlike some other agents who deliberately overvalue a house to win your business and then gradually reduce the price.<br><br>They also think of everything. From the quality of the photographs and the property description to providing useful information about the local area, they clearly put a lot of thought into how to present your property in the best possible way.<br><br>Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very slow, which could easily have made the whole process extremely stressful and drawn-out. The Wilson team took the initiative, helped organise the negotiations and kept things moving. Thanks to them, the sale was completed much more quickly than it otherwise might have been.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Selling a house can be a very stressful and complicated process, but with Wilson we felt that we could trust them to deal with things and keep us informed throughout.<br><br>It’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more Wilson boards around the area. They have earned their reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling their property.

25th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
