2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t recommend Phil Cantwell at Your Move in New Cross highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — competent, responsive, proactive, kind, and professional.<br><br>The sale turned out to be much more complicated than expected, with legal difficulties meaning that the process took over two years to complete. Throughout that entire time, Phil stayed in touch, kept me updated and did everything he could to keep things moving along. Even though I was dealing with everything internationally, his communication was excellent and I always felt that things were being looked after. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel remarkably stress-free. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without him.<br><br>Phil also went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He was incredibly helpful with all sorts of practical things that I would normally have dealt with myself if I had been in London — from replacing batteries in smoke detectors to meeting contractors and helping coordinate things on my behalf.<br><br>He was an absolute delight to deal with: warm, friendly, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Omar and premier property lawyers solicitors worked well together and completed the exchange of contracts in little over than 2 months. This was was non chain free property so normally it would take even longer than usual. Thank you Omar and thank you Goodfellows, you have been so amazing.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

His level of commitment, focus on client care, and overall expertise in this sector is nothing short of outstanding – I genuinely could not recommend him, or his team highly enough. Most recently, I engaged GHE to sell a rental property – the sales team led by Rania Karyada & Gabriela Stahei worked tirelessly to ensure a rapid & smooth sales process. Another excellent result from the GHE team !

They took care of all the heavy lifting, and made it super easy to communicate with them, whilst also giving me real confidence and reassurance that my home and the new tenants would be well looked after. It has also been really lovely to hear how various trades people praise working with Brooks, which just adds to the feeling that you're working with a responsible, professional and friendly firm.

We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers.<br>The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our main link was Karen Johnson and Sarah, in Karen’s absence, who both kept us updated regularly even when there wasn’t any particular new info, which helped a great deal just to be kept in the loop.<br>Thanks once again for all your help and I can definitely recommend InterCounty Estate Agents.

We did a lot of shopping around re different agents and immediately felt reassured and confident that we were in safe hands with Romael and he didn’t let us down at all. Consistent updates and honest and transparent throughout to help make the transaction as smooth as possible. Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
