They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

I was helping my friend find a flat while she was out of London, so Paulina arranged several viewings for me to attend on her behalf.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth and well organised. Paulina was always very polite, professional and helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you again to Paulina and the Hamptons team for such a great experience. 15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
