Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.

15th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

Wedgewood Estates were very responsive and helped move everything forward quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate their prompt communication and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend.
22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)I can't praise Garton Jones Estate Agents (Chelsea & Belgravia) highly enough. They have helped me with the letting of my ex partners flat after her sudden passing in 2024. They have been exceptional going above and beyond anything I expected at this difficult time. They have now just organised the sale of the property and have dealt with everything they possibly could in a professional and timely manner to ensure the smooth sale. Particular thanks Ruth Osatch, thanks for everything Ruth, you're a legend.
