27th May 2026 (24 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
26th May 2026 (25 days ago)Jacob and the team at TLC are excellent Estate Agents. They are a pleasure to deal with and never "over promise" nor mess you around with jargon or timewasting emails. Always responsive and happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. Jacob listened carefully to all our needs and found us two great properties we could progess with. We have no hesitation to recommend TLC based at Earls Court.

John was absolutely brilliant from day one — always professional, approachable and quick to help whenever needed. Communication was excellent, everything was handled efficiently, and the whole process felt fair and transparent. It really made a difference dealing with someone who is organised, respectful and actually cares about providing good customer service. Renting in London can often be stressful, but John made things much easier for us and we really appreciated all of his support during the tenancy and move-out process. 12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
