14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Unprofessional hiring process. They will message you to apply, and then when you do, they will ultimately ghost you. Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Khotol made everything feel smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way and going above and beyond to help wherever she could.<br><br>It’s not often you find such genuine, attentive service in the property market, and we really appreciated the care she put into everything. 13th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

We are overseas (In New Zealand) at the time of enquiring, which we thought would make viewings with other estate agents hard, but Sara was very speedy in her response to our initial email (within 10 minutes), and then within 25 minutes from that exchange, Koyer called me via WhatsApp to conduct a virtual viewing - it was a great apartment. Koyer was lovely and genuinely, responsive and fast estate agents (which is not my experience typically!) - Highly recommend!

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
