8th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

11th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I rented my property through Northwood Watford, and the whole process was super quick and smooth from start to finish.<br><br>Julia was my letting agent, and I can honestly say she is one of the best agents out there. She is extremely quick with her responses, and whenever there was an issue, she always made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. She is someone you can truly count on and rely on.<br><br>I highly recommend Northwood Watford to anyone looking for a letting agent, especially Julia. The whole team at the office is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m really happy with the service I received!

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

I’ll be honest, I was quite a difficult client at times as I was very stressed throughout the process, but Alex handled me extremely well and also managed the seller, who had a strong character, with professionalism and patience. I really appreciated that.<br><br>The sale went through much faster than I expected, which was a big positive. Communication throughout was regular and clear, and I never felt like I had to constantly chase for updates.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Alex went above and beyond what I would expect from his role. He even helped me print and post documents to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly. As I wasn’t experienced with the process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with my solicitors, this extra help made a real difference.<br><br>I’m very grateful for Alex’s patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

It was an extremely difficult and complex property to sell especially in the current market . But they , after a lot of hard work helped us get the house sold .
