From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

8th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
2nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one. They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We booked a viewing with Jo and we arrived 15minutes early. Waited 45 minutes in total. Called them from the start multiple times about their estimated eta. Always said back coming soon. No correspondence from them about lateness. They never showed up or told us to reschedule. Extremely disappointing. Never experienced this with any letting agency ever. Could not be trusted as reliable.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
