3rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Their dedication and professionalism made a challenging process much easier to navigate.<br>I would like to sincerely thank both Richard and Emma for all their hard work and support. Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely fantastic customer service the Joanna went above and beyond.<br>We first had the pleasure of using the team in 2022 when we sold our first house and moved mum and dad into a bungalow. Fast forward to 2025 and we put the bungalow on the market due to dad passing, Joanna was so compassionate and understanding at such a difficult time for us as a family she never lost hope that she would find somewhere to mum to buy in the area that she wanted even when nothing seemed to be available in that area. Nothing was too much trouble when we reached out to ask questions or for help with paperwork.<br>We would highly recommend the team at Dewsbury and thank Joanna and all the team at Dewsbury for all their help and support<br><br>Gill & Sarah x

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
