14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I have known Mrs Waters for many years. Sadly it is dealing after bereavements. Mrs Waters is sympathetic, kind but also very professional and efficient which helped me cope at such a distressing time. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. If you are looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, budget-conscious, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right property, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have never dealt with a solicitor so unhelpful! They never answer calls or emails and won’t even talk to our agent It’s been extremely difficult to have to do all of the legwork ourselves. Would def NOT recommend

Rahib and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and really dedicated to helping clients find the perfect home. They made the whole process smooth and easy, answering all my questions and providing excellent support. I highly recommend Oak Tree Estates for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agency!- 15th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)?I would like to extend my thanks to Karen and Julie from Rowley Estate Agency. We rented a property in Olton for a year until the landlord decided to sell the property, resulting in us receiving a Section 21 notice. ?Their communication was clear, and they supported us to the highest level right up to the end of the tenancy agreement. They also proactively sent us alternative options—available properties around Olton. ?I highly recommend the service they offer. Moreover, their professionalism and consistently positive attitude were key to our positive experience. Thank you one more time.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Bagley's were really professional and incredibly experienced, they know they local housing market so well they predicted my house sale price by a close margin. And it's really easy to get hold of them and they're not pushy like other real estate agents
4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

They are quick about getting things sorted, are readily available in a pinch, and have provided great service my entire time living there; from fixing issues in the house, to dealing with problematic tenants. It has been great living there, and I wish them all the best.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Kept me well informed and were very good at communication all through the process. Well done I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
24th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. I would have no hesitation recommending them!

From start to finish they went above and beyond to help us, and even after moving in they’ve continued to be brilliant. We’ve been renting for over 12 years and this has easily been the best experience we’ve had. There’s a real personal touch with Ruxton and it makes such a difference. Highly recommended.

20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Moved out on 1st of November from a property managed by Lordsons. One month notice was given, as per my contract, and yet deposit is still to be returned by them, even if they had landlord’s confirmation to return in full. Not responding to calls or e-mails and now their website is no longer active. I suspect they never held my deposit in a protection scheme as I cannot find it on any of the main ones. Searching on the internet, it seems like they were banned by Southend Council in 2024. Stay way clear from this con agency!! I suspect a lot more people are or will be in the same position as I am!!
