As a local independent company, they offer a trustworthy, personal and friendly approach that has meant a lot to me. Tenants have been assessed carefully and any issues with the property have been dealt with promptly. It has been very reassuring to me to know that my property and tenants have been in good hands. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

28th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.

Since listing our property in December, we have not had a single viewing in over six months, which raises serious concerns about the level of effort and marketing undertaken. We also requested reasonable support to explore separating the parking space from the apartment sale, in order to align pricing more closely with comparable properties (similar flats without parking are being treated the same by buyers). Despite this, and despite the contract indicating solicitor support, the request was refused. Overall, the service provided has been extremely limited - essentially a few photographs and an online listing - yet the full fee is still being retained. We have seen no evidence of active engagement or effective sales strategy. Would not recommend.
