31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

This despite many difficulties thrown at them by my estranged wife, who put many obstacles in their way. I am so grateful for the hard work, professionalism and dedication in helping me to reach a positive solution .

Agents explained everything clearly so I was able to feel confident that they were doing a good job.- 17th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future

Different team members working on my sale who appeared to have different agendas and work against each other. Indifference to me as the vendor. Will not use again, termination of contract without house sale due to terrible service

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5

They consistently went above and beyond to support me, answer any questions, and make the whole process as positive and stress-free as possible. They provide a genuinely personal service, take great care with their clients, and are always friendly, patient, and approachable. As a first time buyer and then first time seller I always felt I could trust Ben’s advice and guidance throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We liked that they were 'no nonsense' and that we dealt with just Callum and Tom directly throughout. Richard was pro active, friendly and hard working. I would rate him 5 stars. However there were a few hitches on moving day whilst he was on holliday hence the 4 star review for Andrews as a whole.
