23rd Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)After having various valuations, we decided to choose Oaks in Streatham. James Poll and his team marketed our property and managed the presentation, photography and viewings smoothly. We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. In a difficult market, James managed to facilitate a sale which suited both parties. Oaks proved to be good with their communication with us as well as their professionalism.
15th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)The service we received from Knight Frank was never less than totally professional and fully focused on getting an end result that we were happy with. Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.

When things got tricky she went above and beyond to expedite a solution in a very professional manner. The sales brochure was brilliant, based on Duncan’s excellent knowledge and advice. The support from Vicky Elias and Lucy Lingley-Stephens was also excellent and we were kept informed about progress every step of the way. All round the team at Goodman and Lilley gave superb service and I would recommend them without reservation.

From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!

All of the staff have been most helpful .Lisa came to my house and talked me through everything that entailed in selling a house .Hollie did all the viewings and was always on time and she is very friendly and has bubbly personality.Hollie has always kept me update with any information in a weekly phone call or when she came to do the viewings . 16th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)We were the first time buyers and got really disappointed with what happened, we were excited for our first house but right at the time of exchange their client(owner of the property) which was a corporate backed off and did a deal somewhere else that make us loose our money to solicitor and other cost, seems like the owner was using us just as a back up whereas having a deal somewhere else. Very disappointing

So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous.
