19th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)AJ homes have been brilliant start to finish. We originally advertised our home with a different agent and it had been on the market for over 6 months. AJ homes sold it really quickly and were brilliant at communicating with us the whole way through the process - they even chased up solicitors for us on our behalf. We wish we had gone with them from the beginning - Highly recommend them & can’t thank them enough for all of their help.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.
13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I visited a property through Taylors and Theo was the agent. Really nice guy — he let us take our time, was already at the property when we arrived, had everything unlocked and ready, and answered all of our questions. It might sound simple because it’s their job, but as a developer I view a lot of properties, and the difference in service really stood out. So many agents haven’t even visited the property beforehand, can’t answer basic questions like where the boiler is, tell you to email the office for everything, and try to rush the viewing. Theo was the complete opposite — professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to deal with. 5 stars from me ????????????

She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

His professionalism really stood out, and we always appreciated his clear communication (not to mention his brilliant baritone voice on the phone!). Highly recommend!

We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

No issues at all- 9th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????
