Huge shout out to Rosie, who not only helped us with the arduous process of apartment hunting but also made every step so simple and easy to carry out.<br><br>The best part of her service was that she was very easily accessible over phone to answer any of recurring doubts. Extremely approachable, patient, and communicative.<br><br>I was searching for apartments for a while now. As soon as I contacted Rosie and the agency for the apartment I liked, I was quick to recieve a response. Within days I was able to finalise that I would choose the apartment. They helped speed this process up too. I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

He took the time to understand my concerns about the flat and, where possible, went the extra mile to investigate potential issues. He provided a detailed Level 2 survey report and took the time to talk me through the findings. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable surveyor, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Richard.

From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! 21st Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Foxtons Maida Vale has problems with rental department. They underpaid rent due to me by withholding extra commissions then agreed. Paid me less by over £1500, even we have written agreement. Around 2 months I am chasing them, i wrote everyone: negotiator, head of Maida Vale department, head of the area and general Foxtons compliance. They simply were not responding and not acknowledging my complaint. Total breach of Foxtons own complaint process. Finally after 2 months I got refund. They could’ve been more officiant. I gave them 1 star eventually, but corrected it now as they finally put the things right

From evaluating options at the outset to signing the short-term lease, delivering the keys, closing out the agreement and everything in between, Hamid was proactive, responsive and seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. He truly represents the best in this business.

Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.

Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
