27th May 2026 (23 days ago)Had a lovely experience leasing a flat with Sasan. He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.
27th May 2026 (23 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!
