He went above and beyond to speed things up and make sure I was taken care of. The whole team was professional and knowledgeable. I'm really satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend them.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. He understood our requirements and found us a perfect place. I wouldn't want to deal with any other agent in London except for Johnny.
22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)KFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.

22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have had some very bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. However, my entire experience with Emilly, could not have been further from my past experiences. She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!

She was always available to answer any questions or queries I had and was determined to help me find the right place for me. She was prompt, transparent and a friendly person to deal with. I will definitely reach out to her in the future again if I need a new place !

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

25th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Suggest you avoid renting through this estate agent at all costs, they were ok up until we moved in and then when we wanted to get any issues fixed they would take ages to resolve them (often months) despite following the correct procedure of creating cases through their website. For months we were left with windows that had huge gaps in them where the frame had bent - this was during winter so we had to spend loads extra on heating. We also had part of our ceiling fall down which they never repaired and a broken thermostat meaning we were without properly functioning heating for about a month. The worst part came when we left and tried to get our deposit back, it wasn't even a matter of them just taking loads of money off or anything, despite always having paid our rent in full and on time they have just been stalling and stalling saying they need to speak to the landlord and are still yet to give us an amount or give any of our deposit back. It has now been 8 weeks since we moved out and 5 weeks since we started asking for updates about our deposit leaving me no choice but to go through the incredibly time consuming process of raising a dispute with the deposit company which is a process that can take up to 3 months to be resolved and stirling ackroyd have now stopped even replying to my emails despite my communication with them always being very polite and professional. Absolutely dreadful service.

28th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Found Inner City Estate's performance disappointing. Ms. Lenka from Inner City Estate lacked expertise in property sales. As a representative, she appeared unprepared and directed clients to the website for property information. Despite attempts to offer guidance, her grasp of the subject matter seemed insufficient. Additionally, she often interrupted others when lacking pertinent information herself. It was evident that she was not suited for the role of selling properties, which demands a higher level of proficiency compared to managing rental properties, where her strengths may lie.
2nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
