2nd Sep 2026 (21 days ago)I just completed the process of moving flats with Hunters and I'm really pleased with how they dealt with it and supported us throughout. Sam and Gokhan were very helpful initially with viewings and offer-related questions, and then Amber took us through the referencing, income checks and contract completion seamlessly. Amber was great at solving minor hiccups we had with referencing and extremely quick at responding to and acting on our concerns. Everyone at Hunters is lovely and a pleasure to interact with, especially during what is a really stressful process!

The team has also been very quick and helpful in responding to our maintenance queries.<br><br>A special thank you to Erin for all her help and prompt communication. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome box, which included snacks, furniture discount vouchers and a detailed guide to the flat. The guide was particularly useful and helped us quickly understand what all the different switches and controls were for.<br><br>Overall, a very positive and well-organised experience!

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
