She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. When my flatmate and I visited the flat we've moved into, Adriana took her time to show us everything and answer any questions. The whole process after we decided to rent the flat was very smooth thanks to Adriana and she was so helpful throughout! Thank you so much for making the process of renting/moving so much easier! :)

I have been dealing with several team members over the years but recently with James Pearce I found a brilliant interlocutor who is able to address promptly every aspect of the tenancies

In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!
2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

15th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

Throughout that time, they have been exceptional in managing my property and have consistently exceeded my expectations. They have always done an outstanding job of maximising the return on my investment, regularly securing top-end rental offers. On one occasion, when we experienced a leak from a neighbouring property, they went above and beyond to ensure that every penny we were entitled to was recovered through the insurance process. Just as importantly, they take great care in looking after the property itself. They ensure tenants treat it well, stay on top of maintenance issues, and deal with repairs promptly and professionally. Whenever problems arise, they are proactive in finding practical, cost-effective solutions rather than simply opting for the most expensive route. What I value most, however, is their honesty and integrity. Over more than ten years working together, they have never tried to push unnecessary work or expenses. Instead, they consistently provide balanced, sensible advice and look for the most effective solution. The level of trust they've earned means I can genuinely leave things in their hands without worrying. They also never shy away from hard work. Whether dealing with difficult situations, unexpected issues, or the countless details involved in property management, they tackle everything with professionalism and determination. A special mention must go to Miriam, who has been my primary point of contact for at least the last five years. She is an absolute credit to Martin & Co. — always on top of things, incredibly responsive, proactive, and a pleasure to deal with. No matter the issue, I know it will be handled quickly and thoroughly, and her communication is consistently excellent. She is also a genuinely wonderful human being (and the reason i am writing this review!) After more than a decade as a client, I can say without hesitation that Martin & Co. have made being a landlord significantly easier and less stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and highly effective property management team.

18th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)This is our second year renting with MySpace - we are very happy with their service and would really recommend them. Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!
28th May 2026 (23 days ago)I can't praise Garton Jones Estate Agents (Chelsea & Belgravia) highly enough. They have helped me with the letting of my ex partners flat after her sudden passing in 2024. They have been exceptional going above and beyond anything I expected at this difficult time. They have now just organised the sale of the property and have dealt with everything they possibly could in a professional and timely manner to ensure the smooth sale. Particular thanks Ruth Osatch, thanks for everything Ruth, you're a legend.

I can't put in to words how much Stuart supported me throughout the sale and when it all got stuck with solicitors he truly went above and beyond to get all the documents required, chase lawyers and support me personally.
