18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

11th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

And secondly, thank you for further demonstrating to everyone your childish and petulant behaviour. I was a guarantor for my daughter who had the misfortune of dealing with your office. I am a member of the NRLA and I can promise you that I will never be stepping inside your office.

A professional and good looking set of photos and video online, a friendly and helpful team and good communications were all hallmarks. The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and my personal thanks to Charlie, the agent who dealt with me.

The market wasn't at its strongest and our property was quite unusual, which meant finding the right buyer was never going to be easy. Despite the challenges, the team remained positive, proactive and committed from start to finish.<br><br>Throughout the process they consistently went above and beyond. They always answered my many phone calls with patience, understanding and genuine care, no matter how big or small the query. They made time to talk things through, listened to our concerns and offered honest, practical advice that helped us make the right decisions at every stage.
