20th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

11th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We cannot thank Tiarnae enough for everything she did throughout both our home sale and purchase. From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.
Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.
Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.
We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.- 28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Since Aj has joined she has been amazing! Nothing was happening with my mums property however she came and pushed things along, she has finally got us a buyer and we’re honestly so happy with her and the team at Bairstow eves!
- 22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I’d like to thank Maxine and Dianne for their hard work in selling my property. Maxine managed the viewings and negotiations professionally, and Dianne did a great job keeping things moving once a buyer had been secured. Selling wasn’t straight forward due to market conditions and other challenges along the way but they remained communicative, committed and supportive throughout. The sale completed successfully, and I’m thankful for all their efforts. Would recommend!
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)Eve Allain is a top estate agent. Very helpful with the purchase of our property. Very proactive and hands on. She made sure we had all the help we needed and even explained things whenever we needed help. She was great with her communication and made sure to always keep us updated. She gives the Mann brand a good name. Keep up the good work Eve!!!!
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve rented through James Chiltern for about three and a half years, and whenever I had any concerns about my flat, they were always very helpful and quick to respond, especially Chris and Ayyaz.
They always made sure that I felt heard and satisfied, even during some of my most difficult times.
I would definitely recommend James Chiltern to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. They have an amazing team!
Thank you for everything over these past three years. I wish you all the best !
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I purchased a property through Bond & Sherwill, so were not their client.
The reason for this review is that, from the Off, they were helpful, professional and informative.
The usual estate agent things were as I expected, very good. Due to holidays within the company, I started dealing with Lee Harding, the Coulsdon branch director.
I found him extremely personable, professional and helpful.
There were some survey issues with the property, to which I emailed a long list. Lee responded straight away, thanking me and telling me he will review the issues and respond accordingly.
Nothing different there you may say.m, but I think that Lee decided to take the lead in this matter, as the issues needed careful handling.
His responses were first class, dealing with each issue separately, thoroughly and leaving nothing open to misinterpretation, which during house buying and selling I needed..
He would take my calls and deal with any concerns I had, as good as treating me as the client.
Unfortunately, there were also issues with building works next door to the house I was buying, which had been vacant for some time. These were not apparent to me when I viewed, but will likely lead to court case to be resolved.
I was on the phone to Lee daily, it was never an issue for him to take my call, but more importantly, he gave me his professional opinion and sound advice, which he didn’t need to give. He liaised between the owners and myself regarding the issues, whilst protecting them as his clients.
He took time to allow me to visit the property a number of times, which was time consuming for him as he was a busy person, but he was always happy to oblige.
Ultimately, it was his overall handling on all the issues I had, that were the sole reason I didn’t pull out which would have been easier and walked away.
The sale went through and Yes, I still have the issues to face, but I am happy that I got the house I wanted, which I maintain was solely due to Lee’s input.
Happy to review and recommend companies that deserve recognition. Thanks.
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)over promised under delivered. Over valued.
27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. Whilst it was a challenging process through the pandemic, they both did a great job and provided an ultra-professional service. Many thanks
25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)From our first meeting we had confidence that we had chosen the right estate agent. They found the right buyer for us and were both professional and friendly throughout the whole process and, achieved a completed sale from start to finish in three months.
Thank you to the whole team.
13th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I rented my flat through Martin & Co over the period of about 10 years. From start to finish, the service I received was outstanding. James & Annabel are capable, thorough and extremely personable; their information management is excellent and they were hugely proactive in how they managed the flat. So much so that when it came to sell, I used them for that as well (the sale was every bit as well executed as the management). I cannot recommend them highly enough.
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)Thank you, Haboodle!
When I set out to buy my first home, the process seemed overwhelming. At times, I encountered challenges that felt completely insurmountable, and I genuinely thought that my hopes of becoming a homeowner would have to be put on hold.
But Dan at Haboodle made sure that wasn't the end of the story.
Dan was instrumental in turning my dream of homeownership into a reality. His diligence, consistency, resourcefulness and never-say-die attitude were absolutely invaluable throughout the process. Quite simply, without his commitment, perseverance and determination to help me get across the finish line, I don't believe I would have achieved this milestone.
I am genuinely grateful that our paths crossed and that I chose Haboodle to guide me through my first-time buyer journey. I couldn't recommend Dan and the team more highly!
20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)After 2 years and 2 different estate agents I’m pleased to say we’ve finally sold!
Simon and Laura were consummate professionals, kept us informed, advised and reassured where needed.
I’d highly recommend using Sold by Simon, they’re personable, professional and are with you every step of the way.
Thank you both for getting us sold!
6th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Justin and team have been incredible. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you- 12th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Have recently sold with Streets Ahead...SO GLAD WE USED THEM ??????..Sam and Jaden was excellent young men to sell with...dont let younger age put you off..!
They were thorough to detail..always in touch with updates..knowledgeable..always answered messages on the day even if busy with other jobs..Sam it appeared did the getting on market /sale side of things were Jaden then took over from there doing all background work from then on..we would have
NO HESITATION to use them again..If ever need occurred..
I can sincerely say we could rate them 100%...THANK YOU AGAIN SAM AND JADEN FOR AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SELLING OUR HOUSE WITH YOU ????????????
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)I was extremely disappointed by Bairstow Eves when I instructed them on the sale of my property. I felt they were unprofessional and their communication was poor. There were unnecessary delays for simple admin tasks and they constantly got the basics wrong. All of these issues made me lose any confidence in them and resulted in me changing agents after a buyer pulled out. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone.
