While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.
21st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.
16th May 2026 (30 days ago)Ameded from five stars to one. After the tenancy ended it is impossible to get the deposit back from the agency. There isn't even a dispute, they are unresponsive and in nerly two months since the contract expired have done nothing except forwarding one email from the landlord. Everything else is me chasing them without any results. I have never waited this long and I am still waiting with zero support or ownership from them. Demoralising, best avoid. Original review below: Great experience renting with Dockside, professional, tailored and effective. Deepak has been great throughout the whole process.

The team, Peter and Alkis, were incredibly professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both devoted a lot of time listening and guiding us through the new legislation. What stood out the most was how they truly listened to our preferences and only showed us properties that fit our needs. A special thanks to Alkis Kavouras. He made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Prompt and attentive…I highly recommend Alkis and the Wapping team to anyone looking to rent!
18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

28th May 2026 (18 days ago)My experience with Lifestyle Property Agents began when I paid a holding deposit for a rental property. What should have been a straightforward process quickly turned into weeks of back?and?forth emails. The agency initially refused to refund the deposit, alleging “fraudulent payslips” based only on an AI flag from their referencing provider. No evidence of fraud was ever produced, and the application was closed simply due to non?response. Despite repeated requests for clarification, they maintained this position until I pressed them on the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Only then did they change course and agree to refund — but even at that stage attempted to deduct £61 for referencing costs, which are prohibited under the Act. This drawn?out process highlights a concerning pattern: Lifestyle Property Agents rely on tenants not understanding the law to justify keeping deposits. Their communication was aggressive, their reasoning inconsistent, and only persistence forced them to back down. While the refund was eventually offered, tenants should be aware: always insist on written evidence, challenge unlawful deductions, and know your rights under the Tenant Fees Act.

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!
