I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

30th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

As an experienced Landlord of many years I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Hi Folks! Well this post is coming from one happy camper here in the USA. As you can imagine it’s not easy to sell a property while living in another country. I had a disappointing ride with an agent from another company and after a year with them discovered Integra Estates. I was a bit nervous going with a lesser known company but soon realised the upside of that. The attention to detail and the communication was STELLAR! Every step of the way I felt that they were pro active as far as getting me a buyer. Many companies will sign properties just to have numbers in their books and then leave you hanging but that’s not the case with Integra Estates. Michael was my agent, a super great guy that worked so hard to sell my bungalow. The location was tricky so he had his work cut out but found great buyers for me. I highly recommend Integra Estates and would use them over a high street agency any day of the week!
13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)bad! so never again. avooid if you can. agree with what Marky said ! he sums it up perfectly. their agent pulled out a clause to Inform to me that he/she will Show Up! attempted to show up without me approving or gaing prior consents- on 2 times. luckily i corrected.. I don’t think thus is allowed? he/she even tried to shorten the time frame, violatjng the very 24h clause that was used to pressure me even though I was responsive & certainly very polite! second time the agent brought. an extra colleague without notifying me, I don’t think this is allowed either, potentially could be viewed as trespassing .. language used during interaction was mjsleading after gently giving feedback, continued to push & towards the very end! all could be classed as misleadingg and aggressivee behaviours even though i was very polite & responsive to them. at the end, my convo was probably put into l0cked chat. No 0ne brothers to resolve. it was L0la - then Sol0mon who probably pr3tended to be l0la’s manager - then pret3nded his work phone now bel0ngs to Lukazs - which Lucas could potential be his middle name or something.. was not a normal interaction???????????? maybe anna was the person who trespassed… i don’t think this is allowed? I could be wrong but I don’t think so… regardijg taking videos/phots, my flat was jn a state during moving. I was at the property for a long time so lots of belongings. Given we have the right to feel safe in our own property, i don’t think i was obligated to let them take photos of the flat if i had belongins everywhere, Valuable ones too. this is to protect myself, yet even after clear explanations, continue to push / pressure / pretend phone no longer belongs to the person who was working there, no one seems to care to admjt wrongdoings .. I genuinely did not feel safe during the whole encounter. i have proofs, could provide photos of these along with this review,. I just never want to leave a negatjve review truthfully
