Sufaida was showing me around was friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer any questions. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the time taken to show me around.

Terri, our Property Manager, was always very responsive and friendly.<br><br>We had a good experience with SA as a letting agent. They were especially helpful in supporting us - alongside our landlord - to deal with mould caused by issues in the broader building.

21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I entrusted Vicki and the team to sell my property in Higham’s Park after talking to three local agents. I chose Abode, as from the first meeting, I was struck by Vicki’s energy and enthusiasm. She really knows local market and had a clear strategy. She was able to secure an offer well in excess of the asking price, (which more than covered their fees), after only five weeks.<br>The sale was not straightforward due to my personal circumstances and the incompetence of my solicitors. However despite these setbacks, Vicki always remained positive with solutions at hand and was able to get the sale across the line. I would recommend Abode to anyone and would 100% use them again to sell a property.
30th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Really disappointing and stressful experience with Dimension Estates. Unprofessional, poor communication, disorganisation, and a complete lack of accountability.<br><br>I moved out of my flat in October, with a replacement tenant moving in on 3rd October and paying their first month's rent directly to Dimension Estates. However, the agency failed to complete the tenancy changeover paperwork because the member of staff responsible had left the company, and the agency failed to reassign her work to another member of staff.<br><br>I only discovered this after repeatedly contacting the agency about my £975 deposit. Until then, I had no idea I was still named on the tenancy agreement and potentially liable for a property that someone else was living in.<br><br>Despite this being entirely due to their own administrative failings, the agency then charged me £176 in tenancy changeover fees. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, these fees are generally capped at £50 unless higher reasonable costs can be justified and evidenced.<br><br>When I questioned the charges and requested evidence of the additional costs, the agency refused to provide it, simply insisting that the fees were reasonable.<br><br>To make matters worse, I was told that my £975 deposit would only be returned once I had paid the disputed £176 fee.<br><br>This left me feeling I had no real choice but to pay. I needed to ensure I was formally removed from the tenancy so I was no longer potentially liable for a property that someone else was already living in, and I also needed to recover my £975 deposit. Essentially, I felt pressured by the agency into paying a fee I had repeatedly challenged just to resolve a situation caused by the agency's own administrative failures.<br><br>I had to chase the agency to uncover their own mistake, was left potentially liable through no fault of my own, and was then expected to pay additional fees without adequate justification or evidence.<br><br>Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency throughout the process has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.
