After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!
3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have had some very bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. However, my entire experience with Emilly, could not have been further from my past experiences. She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

22nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

They were communicative, responsive, professional and showed an exceptional knowledge of the local rental market. They understood my requirements, followed them exactly and found a tenant in less than a week of the property going to market, achieving the asking price. Can't recommend them highly enough.
3rd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

7th May 2024 (8 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.
