25th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I came back into the rental market after 7 years and felt a little trepidation about finding the right rental home and working with Estate Agents again. From the minute I contacted the team at Anthony Webb I could not have been looked after better. They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process. They have answered questions, alayed any fears, been happy to go back and forward to Landlord, promptly answered calls. It has been an absolutely outstanding service.

He was very professional and helped me throughout the process, answering the many questions I had. He always got back to me very quickly. Through him I found a lovely flat and he made the whole renting experience very easy. He is very personable and helpful and I highly recommend him and Knight Frank - a real pleasure to deal with.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.
