He made the experience incredibly seamless, from initial viewing to exchange and beyond. Jack is only early into his career by his own admission, but you wouldn’t know this from working with him. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a property to Jack and his team.

19th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)OK, let's face it, estate agents have a reputation that can make insurance salesmen and second hand car dealers look good. Murray Lee is the exception to the rule - as others have put it here, he is the best of the best! Fourteen years ago we walked into his office and described what we were looking for and he said unfortunately it was a needle in a haystack... the next day he called us to say he had found a needle, and he was right; it turned out to be the perfect place! Murray made a complicated sale run smoothly, keeping lines of communication open and helping everyone through the process. So when we came to put our home on the market all these years later, there was only one person to call - Murray! He said the market was slow and it would be tricky to sell... and then put together an amazing sales pack and got a load of people though the door as soon as we were on the market, resulting in an offer accepted in less than a week. Our sale went though several ups and downs and he was the one that kept it all on track. All those years of experience make him a force to reckon with! Murray knows the market, he knows the area and most importantly, he knows people (in fact, in the Golders Green area it seems like he knows everyone). He goes way beyond just introducing buyers to sellers, he knows how stressful and heart wrenching moving house can be, and he goes the extra mile to make things work for everyone, Yes, the company name is right, Dreamview makes dreams come true... I hope never to move again, but if I did I'd be straight on the phone to this man. Can't recommend him highly enough... and it's not often in life you can say that! Thanks Murray!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

6th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.- 28th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)A big thank you to Anthony from the Hampstead G&H team. 27th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area. The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion. We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.
