24th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

11th May 2024 (4 days ago)They were definitely super optimistic about the valuation — we only got a single offer in 5 months. The offer was £50k below the original asking price, and £25k below the price we eventually reduced to. Communication was reasonably quick and Katrina was good to work with. They handled viewings quickly and efficiently - no problems there. They seemed to know a lot about my exact development; I think a lot of people just bought these new builds at ridiculous prices which have now come back to Earth. Not sure I can blame Bairstow Eves for that, but I feel like they could’ve known this when they fought for my business.

Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
