Communication was always clear and prompt, with no chasing required. There were very few problems with the property, and the handful that did come up were fixed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. I really appreciated that she was never pushy and always gave me the space to make decisions comfortably. Communication was excellent, with quick and clear updates whenever needed. Overall, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend Tyla and Chestertons Wandsworth to anyone looking for an estate agent.

27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Thomas from Stirling Ackroyd. Although I ended up finding a property through another route, Thomas’s dedication stood out. Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.

Ben Purcell and the team at the Uxbridge branch provided an exceptionally professional service from start to finish.<br>Unlike your typical pushy estate agents, Ben was completely transparent, genuine, and supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was clear every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful experience run smoothly.<br>I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Ben and the Andrews Residential team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Good fees offered as just opened. Initially, they listed 10% below the agreed valuation price despite agreed price being on the contract. Claimed they’d discussed the price internally and a miscommunication. Republished at the correct price. Multiple errors in the advert on Rightmove which were raised with the team. Even after months on the market errors (as bad as the number of bathrooms) had not been corrected. Many attempts to drop the agreed valuation asking price by 10% in the first 2 weeks and further after 1 month claiming it should have sold already. Lots of viewings but low ball offers (-20%). After all the listing errors we had real concerns over quality and with a lack of respectable offers we decided to move to another well known agent in the area. No reply or acceptance of our cancellation email so we had to call. Within 2 weeks with the new agent we had an offer accepted with one of their long term clients just below asking price. I can’t recommend devenports based on my experience. They are a new outfit and this comes with teething issues.

From start to finish, she went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always on hand to answer our questions. When communication with our own solicitors was lacking, Ashliegh acted as a conduit between us and the buyer. Her updates reassured us that everything was moving in the right direction. Selling a home with a newborn baby is no easy task, but Ashliegh made the whole process infinitely less stressful.
