From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. 22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Never leave bad google reviews but I feel very let down by Portico as a tenant. It’s taken over 2 months to get our 2.5k deposit back after moving out in August.<br><br>Portico tried to pressure us to use a deposit subscription scheme instead of a normal government protected deposit despite stating several times we didn’t want to. In a highly competitive market, we were told the landlord would favour the former and it may jeopardise our chances of being accepted, even though it would mean we don’t get our money back back.

There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Outstanding service from the whole Kearns team (Jason, Jack, Inshaal & Louis)<br><br>I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.<br><br>What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????<br><br>Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.<br><br>Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.<br>Finally, a huge thank you to Jason. He was fantastic throughout, offering different perspectives based on his experience, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel valued as a client.<br><br>I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Kearns team. Their communication, professionalism, personal approach and commitment were outstanding.
