29th May 2026 (17 days ago)We were recently moving houses under short notice, and we're incredibly lucky to have found a flat that was let via Winkworth. Sharing details and setting up viewings were a breeze, and Matthew from the Hackney office was a gem. He was super kind and professional, gave us every detail we needed, and most importantly, went above and beyond with finalising the flat for us when due to change of circumstances with the landlord - the timelines were uncertain and shifting a few times. Considering the short notice in which we had to move, we were so nervous about this but the one person who was consistently available to speak, helpful in understanding our concerns, gathering more information, reassuring us of all the details and actually getting the agreement and move done was Matthew and we could not be more grateful to him. Winkworth was also excellent in all the moving-in documentation and processes they had set up. Thanks a mil!
6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Communication has been consistently poor, from reception through to senior management. Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered for long periods, and when responses do come, they often fail to address the actual questions raised. There appears to be a pattern of deflecting responsibility rather than resolving issues, alongside a lack of accountability and follow-through. The overall experience has felt disorganised and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Gibbs Gillespie in Pinner were very helpful and supportive from start to finish of what was, at times, a frustrating purchase. The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell.
