21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I am the leaseholder of 41 Textile Building which has been managed by Stirling Ackroyd since April 2026. The first property manager left a mess and has thankfully moved on. Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.

We met Micheal Doyle and we're impressed by his knowledge of the housing market and how he explained it all so clearly. Being a great family man, Micheal knows and supports the local community, so felt very comfortable working with Micheal and his team, all of them wonderfully supportive guiding us through all the processes, never hesitating to advise us accordingly. We were moving after 40 years in our family house so it was an emotional time, made easier by the kindness and support of Doyles. Our house was sold so quickly and efficiently and we are so glad we chose Doyles as our agent. Paul, Sophie and Jenna made the whole process so easy and we felt extremely lucky to have landed on such a great team as first time buyers. Paul has been incredibly helpful and Sophie has been truly amazing throughout the entire process. The whole team has been patient and understanding with our concerns and inexperience and we felt they genuinely cared about helping us. We would recommend Folklands to anyone considering a house purchase.

Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.<br><br>Hannah was equally professional and supportive.
