9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.
27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Sandip was incredibly attentive from the get go and helped us renovate our entire flat in under two weeks, including bathroom refurbishment, window repairs and carpet deep cleaning. All end-of-tenancy formalities were completed quickly without our involvement. We received regular progress photos, and a new tenant moved in within two weeks of completion.<br><br>Sandip and the entire Major team were friendly and supportive throughout. We’d give them seven stars if we could—we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Selling a property can be a stressful process, but their team made it completely seamless. Communication was brilliant throughout. We were always kept in the loop with regular updates, feedback after viewings, and prompt replies to any questions we had. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done smoothly were second to none. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!"

28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have recently moved out of a flat managed by Elms, but wanted to leave a review to flag the great experience I had with them. My point of contact throughout was Nasim, he was always very responsive to any issues I had, making sure they were quickly dealt with. A massive difference from other agencies I’ve had to work with as a tenant in the past.<br><br>Nasim also helped to quickly get me rehoused after an issue in another flat I had been renting, finding me an available property within a day of being told I’d have to move out. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for professional, responsive, and friendly letting agents.

Their local market knowledge is invaluable, their speed and agility in onboarding properties and sourcing Tennants is outstanding, the vendors they partner with, eg photos, are first class. The whole process is seamless, they are responsive and we felt completely at ease in their care from start to finish. Could not recommend Hamptons more highly, they offer above and beyond the high street agency at every turn.

He has been incredibly patient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my property search.<br><br>He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked within my budget to show me multiple suitable options. Even when I didn’t like a number of the properties, he never made me feel pressured or rushed and was always happy to keep looking and help me explore other possibilities.<br><br>I really appreciate the effort and patience he has shown, and I think he is a wonderful agent.I would absolutely recommend him.
