Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. The team kept in touch regularly, were always available to answer questions, and did a great job chasing slow solicitors to keep things moving.<br><br>A special thank you to Aziza, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. 21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I entrusted Vicki and the team to sell my property in Higham’s Park after talking to three local agents. I chose Abode, as from the first meeting, I was struck by Vicki’s energy and enthusiasm. She really knows local market and had a clear strategy. She was able to secure an offer well in excess of the asking price, (which more than covered their fees), after only five weeks.<br>The sale was not straightforward due to my personal circumstances and the incompetence of my solicitors. However despite these setbacks, Vicki always remained positive with solutions at hand and was able to get the sale across the line. I would recommend Abode to anyone and would 100% use them again to sell a property.

He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. Kelly's communication throughout has been brilliant; updating us frequently and communicating anything additional from the seller. The whole process was smooth, pleasant and swift!

10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.
