From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

He took his time walking us through the property, talked through all the possibilities with us, and never once made us feel rushed, even when we went over our allocated time! His patience and enthusiasm were exactly what we needed as we took everything in. When we asked for a second viewing, Patrick was more than happy to oblige, walking us through again and engaging thoughtfully with all our questions and ideas. His knowledge, warmth, and genuine interest in finding us the right home made all the difference. The sales progression team at Chancellors Sunbury were equally impressive. keeping us informed every step of the way and working closely with both our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor to keep everything on track and moving forward. The whole experience, from first viewing to completion, was nothing short of five stars. Thank you to the entire Sunbury Chancellors team, and a very special thank you to Patrick for introducing us to our amazing new home. We couldn't be happier.

From start to finish, he was honest, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, but Scott made everything much smoother and easier to manage. From the very first viewing through to exchange, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Adeline always made sure we had exactly the information we needed, when we needed it. She was quick to respond, incredibly supportive when challenges arose, and consistently made us feel that we were in safe hands. Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. 10th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. The numbers they were getting in to see the place was good. It was clear that they want what we want ie to get a sale with as little delay or fuss as possible to take their cut and move on. they were also helpful in recommending a conveyancing solicitor with a similar view of working speedily and well.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
