16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

She has great context on the properties we've viewed as well as the area and genuinely wants to understand your needs and feedback to tailor the properties she shows. With her you know you're in safe hands and she makes a stressful experience much easier and more pleasant.

3rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of service from Paul Graham. I understand that flats are difficult to sell. However, on several occasions I had to contact them directly for updates on how things were proceeding, buyer feedback and much more. I believe that if you are paying for a service, I should not have to chase someone which I believe is unfair.

They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!- 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Update: having moved out of their property they did hit me with a spurious £270 "cleaning fee" which included items that I'd left in better state than I'd received them. This kind of practice is unfortunately common, and I'm dropping 2 stars because of it. We did eventually settle on £150, but not before they refused my offer of half price and tried to pressure me to paying the £270 because "this will proceed to TDS and will take weeks/ months to conclude." This is plainly manipulation and it probably works for a lot of tenants, but as a tenant you need to know that TDS has resources to help you here. Don't let them bully you, keep a careful record of the state you leave the property in and push back if they try to make an unfair charge.<br><br>Original review, still valid based on my experience of their management of the property: Unusually perhaps as a tenant I'm so far pretty impressed with Hunters. We've received great help from Timea in getting settled in, and I'm pleased to have a contact who is responsive and proactive in managing the property.

Very impressed with Dyaun Harvey who progressed the sale and provided excellent guidance and communication throughout the entire process. Great knowledge and understanding of securing a buyer despite many challenges along the way Highly commend and would use their services again.
