From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

7th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I so enjoyed working with Lauren in the Fulham office. Not really what you expect when buying a property! She was approachable, efficient, always willing to deal with questions, and nothing was ever too much for her. She offered good advice and I felt she was part of our team too. Even after completion she was in touch with us and helpful. I would highly recommend Lauren.

He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.- 12th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)We worked with Sammi on our property search and had an excellent experience. I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

We ran into some difficulties during the referencing process, but he worked tirelessly to help us through every step and kept us updated throughout. Thanks to his persistence and support, everything was resolved smoothly.<br><br>The whole process was far less stressful because of his dedication, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about helping us secure our new home.<br><br>I highly recommend Empire Estates, and a special thank you to Ayoub for going above and beyond.
