4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I’m very disappointed with the way your agency has handled my valuation appointment.<br><br>I originally contacted you to arrange a valuation of my flat, and we agreed on a date. On the morning of the appointment, I was contacted and told that the person coming to see the property was sick. I completely understand that these things can happen, so I was happy to rearrange the appointment.<br><br>We then agreed on another date, and once again, on the actual day of the appointment after a week , I was contacted and told that the person was sick again.<br><br>I’m sorry, but at this point I find the situation extremely unprofessional. I specifically changed my day off and made arrangements to be at home on both occasions, only to be cancelled on the day each time.<br><br>I understand that people can become unwell, but cancelling twice on the day of the appointment, after I have rearranged my own schedule to accommodate you, is very disappointing and shows very little consideration for my time.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and organisation within your agency.

She was really patient, responsive, helped us with understanding each step of the process and followed up with others involved when needed. Also wanted to mention and thanks Molly, the Sales Progressor, who was on top of every step and kept us informed throughout the process.

Not only was he always approachable with our questions, often meeting us in person for anything however small but his knowledge of the area is unrivalled. This level of experience is rare but is essential with these kind of listed properties. Would highly recommend Howard and Aston Chase.

Rosie is amazingly knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and genuinely invested in helping you find a flat that truly suits your needs.<br><br>What stands out most about Rosie as a letting agent is her dedication, clear communication, and total transparency. She makes you feel supported every step of the way, taking the time to listen and offer honest, expert advice rather than rushing the process. Even though the flat I looked at with Chestertons didn't end up working out, working with Rosie was such a positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her and Chestertons again in the future. Highly recommend!

Sally's experience is invaluable and their conections to local landlords if you have a lease could be the difference between selling and not selling. Highly recomended.

He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. I'm not sure our sale would have gone through without him and I wouldn't consider a different agent if trying to sell in the area!- 4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I don't have any strong feelings about Stirling Ackroyd on the whole, but Terri's great. I lived in a Stirling Ackroyd property for 18 months, and on the few occasions a problem arose, I knew I could reach out to Terri and she would handle it, without the need for silly online forms, portals or waiting on hold for hours. End of tenancy was wrapped up by her within a few weeks - substantially less painful than any end of tenancy I've previously had.

Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I have sold several properties over the last four years through Portico‘s Askew Road office (having had a great relationship with their Hammersmith lettings office for over 25 years). Caroline, Paul and the team in Askew Road have an exceptional skill for bringing the right buyer and seller together, negotiating deals which leave all parties happy. They are warm, personable and exceedingly professional all at once. And they manage everyone’s expectations realistically and pragmatically, to be sure no one is left disappointed. I’m delighted with the service they provide and will continue to turn to them for their magic combination of skill, care and expertise.

In particular special mention to Timea H , who has liaised directly with me on a regular basis and organised all the necessary checks and maintenance issues etc., as well as keeping me updated and informed of the changes in legislation.<br>I felt confident in knowing that my tenants were being looked after , and that my property and interests were equally prioritised .Highly recommend this local management service
