Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. 31st May 2026 (15 days ago)Recently purchased our first home through Folklands. Paul and Sophie were great and helped the process go smoothly, and were upfront and prompt with comms. They also gave a little gift box to congratulate us on our purchase, which was a nice touch.
18th May 2026 (28 days ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.
