23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I would like to thank James Ryan from Barnard Marcus Worcester Park for the property valuation provided earlier this week. James was punctual, friendly and professional. James explained the current situation of the local market in detail and provided examples of comparable properties that had recently been sold or were currently being advertised. The valuation provided was clearly explained and was backed up in writing within an hour, which I really appreciated.

His guidance throughout the rental process and in particular regarding the Renter’s Rights Act, was clear, thorough, and reassuring.<br><br>He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. 24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

He's always been someone I've found to be honest, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for his clients.<br>More recently, I've dealt with Tom through Hamptons, and the high standard of service has continued. He has built a fantastic team around him who are always professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.<br>As a property search agent, it's incredibly important that I can recommend estate agents with confidence. Having worked in the industry myself for many years, I know how rare it is to find people who consistently provide sound advice, experience and exceptional customer service. I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

He kept us updated constantly via voice notes, which was a brilliant touch and made the whole process seamless. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed.
