9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend this rental. They show no respect for tenants. Our confirmed move?in date was suddenly delayed. While the house appeared clean on the surface, it was very dirty internally, and they refused to fix pre?move?in defects. Countless emails and phone calls brought no meaningful resolution. Old and broken appliances, poor hygiene, and highly unprofessional customer service.

They are definitely the experts in the area and were able to find two solid buyers quickly. They then followed the purchase through efficiently. Furthermore they are a nice team, who work well together and are readily available. I would definitely go back to Finlay Brewer again.
10th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.<br><br>After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.<br><br>The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.<br><br>Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.

They give great advice, are a joy to deal with and manage everything with the utmost professionalism and skill. They are incredibly responsive (returning calls within minutes). We couldn’t have managed the sales without them, because they did so much of the transaction management to keep everything on track, and they found really lovely buyers for all the properties we sold. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but MJ make the whole process so much easier. All buyers they introduced were genuine and completed each sale, so there was no wasted time for anyone. Everyone in the office is terrific! Highly recommended.

She understood exactly what we were looking for and was especially supportive when we needed to discuss some important points with the vendor after the survey. She has a lovely personality and was always a pleasure to deal with. We’re really grateful for her help!

Scott was responsive, transparent, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and making sure the process went smoothly. Even when Scott was unavailable, the entire RHW team knew me and ensured the process continued to progress and answered all of my questions.<br><br>I highly recommend RHW, definitely one of the few agencies that personally invests in each person who walks through the door!

Thomas Kenny was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very adaptable to what we needed to happen at different points throughout the purchase and we felt supported throughout, which made it feel much less stressful!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. 12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)?Moving into a recently renovated Prime Land property turned into an immediate headache. Upon arrival, I went 9 days without hot water in my floor’s bathroom and 13 days waiting for working Wi-Fi (this was included in the announcement).<br><br>?The issues didn't stop there. The pre-paid gas ran out several times and, on occasions, leaving us through freezing weekends with no heat and no ability to cook until someone arrived the following week to top it up. There were active leaks, unfinished renovations, and contractors who repeatedly left work areas wet and dirty for us to clean up. The cleaner broke our mop and cleaned his boots in our sink. They tried to get us to remove all our stuff from the living room within 24 hours to turn it into an extra room, I was able to stop this by referring to our contract which included acces to living room.<br><br>?When I requested financial compensation lack of basic infrastructure (as per our contract), I was bluntly told the property was rented 'as is.' Potential tenants should be aware that with Prime Land Property, missing essential amenities is apparently considered normal and not worth communicating upfront. I'll let you decide if it's worth your time.

Whenever we had any questions or needed something sorted, Paula was always there to help and made everything so easy for us.<br><br>In five years, we never had any major issues, and we always felt that our property and our concerns were being looked after properly. It’s not often you find an estate agent where you can have that kind of relationship and trust.<br><br>Big thank you to Paula and Toby for all their support over the years!

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.
