7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

She's professional, kind, and has a way of putting your mind completely at ease. She is an estate agent and this is a company I would trust implicitly, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Thank you again Laura - you're a total credit to your agency.

From the first booking through the entire process he was an incredible partner - answering questions, proactive with updates and follow-ups, extremely knowledgable and just an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Ben!

Jason and his team were extremely personable and professional throughout, helping us overcome our many hurdles, generously giving us a lot of time and advice. Would strongly recommend them as a company.

He was attentive, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make adjustments to the apartment and ensure everything was sorted properly before we moved in. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we’re very pleased with the apartment.
25th May 2026 (21 days ago)Abi and the team at Tudor and Co recently helped me buy my first house and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The purchase was not straight forward due to a lack of confidence in the vendors solicitors however Abi kept me updated every step of the way and pushed for updates to assist in pushing the sale through. I work abroad often and having never bought a house before I wasn’t sure of the processes or timescales and Abi was extremely supportive and proactive. Down the line when I come to sell the property I shall definitely be engaging Tudor and Co!
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

She was proactive, responsive, and took the time to properly understand my requirements, budget, and situation. What stood out was how helpful and honest she was throughout the process - from arranging viewings efficiently to suggesting relevant off-market properties. Even when an offer fell through, she quickly arranged another nearby viewing that same day. Although I didn’t end up securing a property through Knight Frank this time, I really appreciated Christina’s professionalism and helpful approach throughout the search process.

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
