His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>Scott was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He kept us informed throughout his time with us was quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was understandable. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service.<br><br>It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely personable, but Scott is exactly that. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or let a property.<br><br>A huge thank you to Scott for all his hard work and support — an absolute credit to WARDS Estate Agents! ?????

8th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have recently let our second flat from Alwyne Estates. Freddie has been incredibly helpful, very responsive with any queries, and has a great insight into the market. Would highly recommend.
31st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I selected Dexters as I had bought the flat from them 8 years ago in Charlton and was impressed by the service I received from Demie and Maria. However the staff has completely changed since and it feels like it’s run by not so experienced people. Lot of communication errors , not following up on time . Many times I got a feeling my flat was not the priority and weekly calls felt like “tick in the box” calls where it was clearly apparent the agent was multitasking raffling papers in background while having conversation. No single point of contact who is selling the flat, being passed around agent to agent. It was evident that the communication within the team wasn’t there which affected the sale . I would not recommend dexters .

The whole team, especially Nick Futter, are courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and take your perspective as a seller into full consideration, and treat you with respect and care. 5 stars for Milestone Whitton!
14th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

12th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

We later then confirmed with the property and bill suggested us ideas and opinions with what to do next and made the process very easy. Thanks to Bill and the whole of KARWOOD properties.

I’ll be honest, I was quite a difficult client at times as I was very stressed throughout the process, but Alex handled me extremely well and also managed the seller, who had a strong character, with professionalism and patience. I really appreciated that.<br><br>The sale went through much faster than I expected, which was a big positive. Communication throughout was regular and clear, and I never felt like I had to constantly chase for updates.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Alex went above and beyond what I would expect from his role. He even helped me print and post documents to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly. As I wasn’t experienced with the process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with my solicitors, this extra help made a real difference.<br><br>I’m very grateful for Alex’s patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
