The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

Karen was very friendly and professional all through the process and communication was swift and affective. They helped enormously by recommending other professionals through the process, all that were excellent in their own field. Definitely will go back to HJC in the future and highly reommend.

From the very first viewing through to completion, Ross was always available on the phone, kept me updated throughout the process, and did everything he could to keep things moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a first-time buyer, having someone who was responsive, proactive and easy to deal with made a real difference. Ross was always happy to answer my questions and was genuinely helpful every step of the way.

A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.

Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)This is a factual account of our stay at 298 Gray’s Inn Road (Flat B), managed by Carter Reeves, on 08/07/2026.<br><br>During our stay, we discovered an active, deep-seated bed bug infestation across all three bedrooms. We have concrete video and photographic evidence of multiple live adult bed bugs on the bedding and live nymphs crawling on the walls. The presence of multiple life stages across every single bedroom indicates a severe, long-term infestation that could only occur through a complete failure of basic preventative maintenance.<br><br>The property advertises that guests have access to 24/7 contact support during their stay. However, when we discovered the infestation and called the emergency number at 2:00 AM, we were texted back and told to text our issue instead. The moment we replied and informed them of the live bed bug infestation, they completely ignored all further communication.<br><br>Because management abandoned their advertised 24/7 support obligations, I was forced to evacuate the apartment with my children at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded in central London in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.<br><br>Since our stay, we have been made aware of at least three specific, previous complaints regarding bed bugs at this exact property that were raised directly with management. Every single one of these prior warnings was completely ignored, showing a calculated pattern of negligence. Carter Reeves has willfully disregarded documented guest complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property to unsuspecting families.<br><br>A review of historical feedback reveals that multiple previous guests have explicitly warned this management team about bed bug issues at this address. Carter Reeves has willfully ignored these public complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property.<br>This matter has been officially escalated to Camden Council’s Environmental Health department with our full evidence pack for formal statutory investigation and enforcement action. Booking.com has also been notified of the severe safety breach. Avoid this property at all costs.

24th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.
29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been very happy with Filtons. They were the property manager for a flat we rented in London. The communication throughout our stay was excellent and timely. Any issues we had were addressed quickly (service technicians, etc were sent to attend in a very timely manner). This was much appreciated as we came from a place where it took ages to get responses or issues resolved. They wouldn’t assume the issue was always resolved, but followed up through email or phone call to make sure the issue was resolved.<br><br>The deposit was returned quickly without hassle and I felt any deductions were very reasonable (which isn’t usually the case).<br><br>If we rented again in London, I would be happy to have filtons be the leasing agent. As well as if we owned and were renting a flat out I would be happy to have them handle the management for us.

She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Khotol made everything feel smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way and going above and beyond to help wherever she could.<br><br>It’s not often you find such genuine, attentive service in the property market, and we really appreciated the care she put into everything. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. 30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
