10th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Paperwork was completed efficiently. The pictures and brochure were of a high quality. Viewings were handled smoothly for the most part.
18th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I inquired about a flat, took my details and never got back , said they will get back in a few days but it's been weeks now.
28th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Inaccurate valuation, however the market has been difficult and the offer was not significantly under previous predictions from other agents. Good overall experience for a challenging sale.
18th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Cathryn and the team were always very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our purchase in Northfields - we were first time buyers and so really appreciated their support - thank you!
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Scott at WARDS Estate Agents in Welling has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Scott was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or let a property.

A huge thank you to Scott for all his hard work and support — an absolute credit to WARDS Estate Agents! ?????
13th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.
28th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)So far very good indeed, Stephen has been so helpful and supportive throughout, helping us werever he could, would definitely recommend, have not yet completed our sale, but hopefully very soon,

13th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Had the pleasure of dealing with Aleksandra at Lexingtons estate agents she done the viewing for my mum and her partner and they said she was very polite and helpful, we made the offer for the property and we viewed and it was a pleasant straight forward with documents and everything highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent or buy.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)No respect for local residents. Their car here in a disabled parking bay, without displaying a blue badge. Literally whilst local residents with a badge have to go park elsewhere!
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…
8th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have recently let our second flat from Alwyne Estates. Freddie has been incredibly helpful, very responsive with any queries, and has a great insight into the market. Would highly recommend.- 29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent experience with this letting agency, especially thanks to Louie Roostan. Louie was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything clear, fast, and stress-free. Highly recommended - a real asset to the agency!
18th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Good overall

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent ever do not buy or rent any property!! All there properties are a health and safety concern. They do not care and won’t help. Mouses & rats in property and housing mentally unwell people with kids.
15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)?????

I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.

It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.

I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.

Thank you all for your excellent service and support.
14th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.- 9th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We have worked with a range of different letting agents over while renting our properties and have had a very mixed experience. And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.
20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
24th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I had such a great experience with Estateology - and I can’t thank Sam enough for being the best point of reference in all my renting years in London. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)The staff helped us when we moved in, and is very easy to reach, which is very helpful for many occasions
8th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)I had a great experience buying a property with William Rose. Diana was great through the process! I would highly recommend.
29th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Viewed a house that was advertised £450k to £500k. At the property viewing, the agent said vendor will not consider anything below £485k. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time.
