25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)There was a hiccup with the sale when the first buyer disappeared off the face of the earth after 5 months, without announcing that he was no no longer interested in my property. When it became evident that he was unobtainable, Peter David rapidly re-assessed the situation, as the market had declined since the first advert, re-advertised it, and it attracted several more viewers, then from my acceptance of a second offer, the whole conveyancing process took 3 months. So fairly quick.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional, read the small print before signing your contract when selling with them. Sold a house and they took it off market not doing all there compliance checks of a ltd company, messed around for over 6 months and could have had another buyer but they decided to take off the market immediately. Buyer pulled out after 6 months of ongoing mortgage applications. William h brown showed no interest to sell the property or market it properly. Save your money, used richard kendall and sold within 6 weeks for a lesser fee as a bonus.

He was happy to listen and offer advice, he was light hearted and funny and made the experience very stress free! The guy has a great sense of humour and is so quick at getting back in touch with any information you may need! His communication skills were excellent and he made sure to explain everything and was happy to answer any question I had. Josh was very professional and is an asset to the reeds rains team! The whole team was wonderful and I am very grateful for all the help and support! Thank you!

We recently bought our first home through William H Brown Yeadon branch. Would like to say a huge thank you to our mortgage adviser, Dan. His service from the very first meeting was outstanding, throughout the whole process he was there when we needed him (any time any day) and made everything as simple as possible for us. Couldn’t be happier with the service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.- 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Hi At a very difficult time (bereavement) Yvonne was very supportive. She was happy to answer all our questions and was very encouraging about our sale.She was also very prompt in replying to emails and texts during this process. In the end we had a very straightforward sale as we swapped houses with our buyer, but that buyer came from one of the early viewings arranged by Monroes.I would recommend Kiera and Monroes without hesitation.
