I would say it was Tabby who managed to get me the keys a little earlier! Defo recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy as well as sell!

Though the process haa been long and stressful due to circumstances beyond control of tge estate agent, they have been great in support. Specifically Charlie M, who has been supporting the whole process, always quick to respond, understanding, helpful amd supportive throughout. Customer service really does make all the difference when your anxious, stresses and worried. Charlie definitely helped ease that for me ??????
2nd May 2026 (8 days ago)Excellent real estate agency. We're renting an apartment, and all issues are resolved quickly. They're very customer-focused and genuinely friendly. Overall, I don't think I've been as satisfied with a real estate agency in a long time. I definitely recommend them!

Without his sound advice and considerable assistance, the entire transaction might have foundered - to the detriment of all parties - and his efforts even continued after completion to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Chris was ably supported throughout by Jasmine Emmerson and we would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking to sell their property - although we hope it will be a long time before we require your services as we love the new home which your staff helped us to secure.- 4th May 2026 (6 days ago)I chose Reeds Rains Crossgates to help sell my flat in Leeds City Centre, the service was spot on, a big thanks to Keeley in particular, supportive, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout .
4th May 2026 (6 days ago)Hi have booked a viewing with this agency three time with same property and they never showed up. When we try to call them they never answer the call even. I am very disappointed and frustrated. If you can’t manage the appointment then you should not run the company and should not waste other people’s time. - 25th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I initially had George the branch manager come value my home and found him such a lovely man and he put me at ease about how the whole process will go , Having put my trust in them they sold my house within days and Adam became my agent and looked after the sale of my home and he did a fantastic job Adam rang me every week without fail and kept me upto date with every single update and anything i wasn't sure about he was just a phone call away , I highly recommend the branch and couldn't praise the team enough .

My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
