When you call the branch they answer, no answering machine and waiting all day to call you back, I would definitely recommend.

They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. 1st Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.
11th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience. Belvoir were consistently slow and unresponsive, and the handling of my deposit was particularly disappointing. They waited until the very last day of the deadline to submit their proposed deductions, unnecessarily prolonging the process and leaving me waiting for my own money.<br><br>For a relatively small amount, the amount of chasing and hassle was completely unreasonable. I found the whole process dishonest and unprofessional, and I would not recommend Belvoir to any tenant.

The whole team were excellent throughout and always gave us confidence that our property would sell. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from day one, and the marketing photos and floor plan looked brilliant. Communication was always prompt, and they kept us fully informed after every viewing. A special mention must go to Emma Ellis, who was incredibly informative, helpful and proactive throughout the process. I would give Emma 10/10 for her support and for helping to drive the sale through to completion. Excellent service from start to finish — we would highly recommend Hunters Estate Agents!
21st Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees.
