1st Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

21st Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. 30th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We sold our flat within 2 days via Furnell , Ben was great in setting up the sale , solid advertising and a very competitive price for there services.<br>The star of the show in there team was Emma who coordinated the sale with our buyer , we received regular updates and Emma was really good at chasing up both solicitors, Emma your a star and this service really makes the Furnell agency stand out ahead of the crowed in the area .<br>It’s excellent customer service , and having moved and sold several times it’s the easiest we have ever had .<br>Ps the local Agent we bought from never contacted us through out the process and was very uncaring.<br>A Big thanks to Furnells . Well done guys .

25th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish.
