They have always been available to talk to and they have also helped me resolve issues in my flat by arranging for engineers on my behalf. Would definitely recommend them as agents as they are trustworthy, very good with the management of the property and transparent with fees and services.

13th May 2026 (11 days ago)Sounded promising on initial phone conversation/meeting with Jacqueline, no longer there unfortunately! Mathew/Sarah dealing with lettings. They are both not fit for purpose and I would strongly recommend people to look for another agent or self manage. Regarding under payments after continuous phoning/emails . Eventually spoke to Mathew his response?" It was Christmas, People are short of money"!... Frustrating is an understatement when it's your investment that pays their wages! I shall keep you updated on response times from Cousins and action they take on behalf of their customers.

A special thank you to Jane, Maureen, and Pete, who all went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jane was incredibly organised and always quick to respond to any questions, Maureen was warm and reassuring throughout, and Pete was especially helpful in making sure everything was in great shape before I moved in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent — a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy team.

It was a very stressful time for me as I was moving from Manchester where I’d lived for 62 years to Shropshire a completely new area! I met Alex when he came to a viewing to show people around my home, right from the start he was positive, professional and very friendly! Alex said we will sell this house for you and they did! I can highly recommend Reeds Rains if you’re thinking of selling your home, they act quickly and keep you updated through the whole process. I really couldn’t have done this move without the help and support of Alex! Especially near to exchange and completion he kept me calm, sorted ALL my issues out and made it possible! Communication was consistent and was regularly kept up to date which reduced overall stress of buying a home.
