Good crack and good service, not only from Jonny, but the rest of the team I’ve spoke to through the process too (think the girls names are gabby and tia). Thank you again!!!

11th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've often wondered why you pay an estate agent so much for just advertising a house for sale. Well this time we found out why. Through a difficult sale, Aimee and Janet chased, organised and pushed solicitors and other buyers and just made it happen when it regularly looked like it wouldn't. Also a big thank you to Nicole for the original sales valuations etc which were spot on and achieved what we needed. A great team - thank you so much.

8th May 2026 (7 days ago)We can’t praise highly enough, the experience we have had with Lisa Irving and all her colleagues at Rook Matthew’s Sayer, Whitley Bay in purchasing our beautiful new home. From the moment we stepped into the office to register our interest in a new property and were met with Lisa’s lovely smile we couldn’t have been better looked after. We went on to buy the first property that Lisa suggested we look at, which was absolutely perfect for us. We are also selling through RMS Whitley Bay and similarly are enjoying a superior service.

You have been instrumental in helping us buy our first home together, and nothing was ever a bother, from quickly returning our queries with calls and emails to chasing things up with the solicitors. Excellent communication throughout the whole process - we really appreciate everything you've done. Can't recommend Northwood North Shields enough! From the beginning the team were so enthusiastic, friendly, professional and reassuring - from Charlotte who arrived with the very latest local information and heaps of encouragement to do our valuation, to Natasha and Kate in the Hexham office, and Leah and Louise who kept us in the loop and chased up solicitors on our behalf. Their photographer also did an amazing job. I thoroughly recommend them all!
