The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.

5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Pattinsons grossly over priced my property, possibly by nearly 50%. I received apologies for this but I think it caused problems in the sale of the house. They recommended selling it via auction which I'm not convinced was the best way of selling it. The property is no longer on the market. I will look to try and sell it in the spring with another agent.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

From our first meeting with Kashka and through regular discussions with Lorraine we felt fully supported and kept informed on the sale. We feel like they worked to get us a good and fair price for the bungalow. I would highly recommend them if you're thinking of selling your house, I felt like they loved the house and wanted to get the best price for it.- 26th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I was delighted with the way Mike Rogerson’s team handled the sale of my house. They responded quickly to my request for a valuation and advertised the property through the usual channels. Interest followed prompty and a positive offer was made. The team kept me up to date with regular phone calls. When I visited the office I was treated with respect. The whole process from offer to completion took a few weeks. The team fully understand that the process of buying and selling a house can be stressful for the client. They did all they could to manage that stress

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
