From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

Lamar and Jennifer supported us every step of the way with the house, and their communication was outstanding throughout. He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
