Communication is easy and issues have always been resolved quickly.<br><br>Lucy, in particular, is brilliant. She genuinely cares, has valuable prior experience in other sectors and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Akbar was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always responsive to our questions. He was readily available, even over weekends when needed. He guided us through each step clearly and ensured everything progressed smoothly. The handover and move in process was seamless, and all the necessary formalities were handled efficiently. We really appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and support, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in finding a property.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)At the end of the day, most letting agencies operate in much the same way. I don’t particularly believe in this simplistic division between supposedly “good” and “bad” agencies. Reality is considerably more complex than that.<br><br>What people often overlook is the human factor. Different personalities, different expectations, different levels of understanding and, above all, entirely different ways of communicating. The very same situation can be interpreted in completely opposite ways depending on the individuals involved.<br><br>And this is precisely why I question whether the number of negative reviews here, or the overall rating itself, genuinely reflects the collective reality of dealing with this agency.<br><br>A collection of individual experiences, however strongly expressed, does not automatically constitute an objective representation of the whole. A numerical rating is ultimately an accumulation of subjective impressions, not some universal measurement of reality.<br><br>I’m not suggesting that anyone’s negative experience is imaginary or unjustified. I’m simply questioning the assumption that the loudest or most visible opinions necessarily represent the experiences of everyone else.<br><br>As for the agency itself, I find their selection of properties genuinely interesting, particularly the locations, which I consider one of their strongest advantages.<br><br>From my personal experience, I have absolutely nothing significant to criticise. I don’t feel the need to manufacture complaints simply because the prevailing opinion happens to be negative.<br><br>I form my own conclusions from what I actually experience, rather than adopting someone else’s perception as my own.<br><br>And on that basis, I have no hesitation in recommending this agency.<br><br>Not because I consider them perfect, but because I see no reason to pretend my experience has been anything other than positive.

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

12th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.
