21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

Damien provided a better than expected but realistic valuation based on the current local housing market. He provided practical advice on which type of buyer would give a fair price but would also enable a quick house sale. House was sold within 6 months at a price I was very happy with! Well done Damien and everyone at Breens Estate Agents, I would highly recommend! ????????????

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. It only took 2 weeks from beginning to end - I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property! 4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

It was due to her thoughtfulness that I was able to view the apartment in the first place and she was helpful every step of the way in the rental process. Would highly recommend working with her!
