9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend this rental. They show no respect for tenants. Our confirmed move?in date was suddenly delayed. While the house appeared clean on the surface, it was very dirty internally, and they refused to fix pre?move?in defects. Countless emails and phone calls brought no meaningful resolution. Old and broken appliances, poor hygiene, and highly unprofessional customer service.

12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Definitely the best letting agency we have ever had!<br>We spent 3 wonderful years in our flat and would like to say a huge thank you to Kate, Jordan and the entire Cedar team.<br><br>Throughout our tenancy, whenever we needed any repairs or maintenance, Kate always responded quickly and arranged everything without any hassle.<br><br>During our second year, we had an issue with the dishwasher. They arranged a visit straight away and, as the dishwasher was quite old, quickly decided to replace it with a brand-new one. They also offered us a much better sofa they had available when the original one was getting quite old, which we really appreciated and enjoyed!<br>The whole team was always helpful, responsive and happy to assist with anything we needed.<br>We always felt very well looked after as tenants.<br><br>Towards the end of our tenancy, they also went out of their way to help find a new tenant quickly so that we could move out earlier than planned. They didn’t have to do this, so we really appreciated their help and flexibility.<br><br>If we ever move back to the West Hampstead/Kilburn area, Cedar will definitely be the first agency we contact. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.<br><br>Thank you so much, Kate, Jordan and the whole Cedar team, for looking after us so well over the past 3 years! ??

They have and continue to make every effort to meet the needs of tenants. I have found them to be a rare agents that are willing to go above and beyond, with ease.

She understood exactly what we were looking for and was especially supportive when we needed to discuss some important points with the vendor after the survey. From booking my initial viewing all the way through to completion, he was patient, friendly and very approachable. He was a great point of contact between both parties and was always willing to help move things along when needed.<br><br>Overall, he made what could have been a very daunting process feel much easier and more manageable. I really appreciated his support throughout and would definitely recommend!

Both the purchase team and the lettings team have been extremely sincere, friendly, professional and responsible.<br>When I needed to move out and let the property this September, Hamilton Chase provided me with tremendous assistance. I had left belongings in the flat which was in a state of chaos, they found the right people helping me clear it out, enabling me to move out as planned. Without them, things would never have gone so smoothly.<br>Having worked with Hamilton Chase for many years, I believe they are an excellent estate agent that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. He is knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic, and has been particularly helpful whenever we’ve needed advice or support with our rental property.<br><br>Fraser is also very personable and straightforward to work with, which makes a real difference. We’ve always felt we can pick up the phone or drop him an email and get sensible, helpful advice. Very happy to recommend him.

She goes above and beyond with her services and was truly invested in helping us find somewhere to live. Seriously - finding a flat to rent in London is hellish but she was amazingly dedicated to our cause. Sadly, because of issues beyond our control, we couldn't rent with Knight Frank. 10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.
