4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.
10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
15th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)They are extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not expect any good from them. They literally hang up a phone call without any explanation or apology. They talk to people like they are shit.

4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.- 9th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Shems Kokaz was professional and very helpful during the whole process of searching for a new apartment. I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????
13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Our sale has been difficult for a variety of unforseen reasons but Wendy has led us through it with determination, along with great communication. She has kept both sides fully informed right from the beginning and ensured a good outcome through sheer hard work. I would derfinitely recommend Gibson Lane for buying or selling a property.

I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.
5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

On meeting Hani and Elizabeth, we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the local market and their genuine warmth, friendliness and down to earth approach. Communication was great throughout, with no unnecessary chasing , as is often the case with other agents. The photo brochure prepared certainly showed our property to its best advantage. All viewings were accompanied by Elizabeth or Hani, who were always punctual. All in all, we received a first class service, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone selling a property in the area.

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
