2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..

Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. If only all estates agents could be a bit more Kevin! I thoroughly recommend working with Kevin, he is an absolute credit to the agency.

The team were consistently supportive, responsive and attentive, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would particularly like to recognise Georgia Gunson, who was personally involved in supporting us throughout the process. Georgia was incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but having someone who was attentive and genuinely invested in helping things progress made such a difference.<br><br>We really appreciated the level of service Georgia provided and the support from the wider team. I would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking for a professional, communicative and supportive service.<br><br>A special thank you to Georgia Gunson for all of your help , it was genuinely appreciated.
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Marcus was very helpful, calm and polite and helped manage a smooth purchase.

The agent handling my purchase, Ben Sullivan, is a delight to deal with; always friendly, upbeat and keen to chase the answers to my every question and request ensuring the sale moved forward swiftly. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were always ready to answer every question, responded incredibly quickly, and were very practical and professional throughout the process.<br><br>I’m genuinely very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.
