The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

They are knowledgeable, supportive, practical and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. We previously worked with Paul Graham and chose to several reasons, and once again they exceeded our expectations. On this occasion, they successfully sold our home and helped us secure our property, completing the entire process within just 2.5 months — even spanning the Christmas period. The team were fantastic throughout, managing everything with precision, efficiency and clear communication. We’re incredibly grateful their support and would highly recommend them. Thank you!
20th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.
8th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I’m leaving this negative review because I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Hollie, the property manager at the time. I understand she no longer works there, but during that year she was a TLC employee and responsible for managing the property. Unfortunately, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and communication was very difficult. On several occasions I felt my complaints were not taken seriously. The most frustrating moment was being told that the landlord had refused to carry out certain repairs, which I later discovered was not accurate.

From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. Thanks to Glen and the team at Compton Reeback, we’re now happily settled in our new place and couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We’d absolutely recommend them- 10/10.

21st Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I must say I'm very impressed with the professionalism while keeping a friendly and approachable manner throughout my sales journey. Zoe, Gene, Kelly and the rest of the team at Hamptons in Kingston kept me and my potential buyers informed and updated both on the phone then followed-up with emails. They were proactive the whole time, provided advice where I needed a steer (I made the ultimate decisions but they helped me make them). They were with me every step of the way. Their commission was competitive and lower than other agents and well worth it considering the service I received. Outstanding service with a personal touch from beginning to end. Kelly even called me on her day off to congratulate my exchange, really kind. Thank you Hamptons in Kingston.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
14th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 9th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

18th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. He even showed us the property remotely while we were still on our flight to London and supported us through all the final arrangements. The entire team at the agency also deserves recognition for their excellent service and attention. We’re truly grateful for their help and highly recommend them!
10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Please do not use their service. AVOID AT ALL COST. We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, we genuinely felt he was on our side and guiding us through the process with care and integrity. He kept a cool head during some very tense moments and handled everything with calm professionalism, which made a real difference. 18th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Valuation accuracy was slightly off, with a price reduction needed. However market conditions are tough with a lot of uncertainty and they were transparent with this. Initial communication on coming to the market was not great, with my main contact having to repeatedly be chased for updates. But when we got into a flow, communication improved. However first impressions count. Local market knowledge is excellent and with a smallish catchment area and good inter-office network I felt I was well represented.- 6th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Tobi was amazing with us from the beginning to the end of the process! He was very friendly and informative when booking us in to view and worked very hard to make sure we got our dream apartment. We're forever grateful we had him as our estate agent - thank you Tobi!
