They are friendly, professional and diligent in every aspect of the process. We had an unusual delay on the recent purchase which was frustrating for all involved, but the Sales Progression Manager (Wendy Curtis) was simply brilliant in helping us through this. A huge thanks to Wendy and the entire team. I’m more than happy to recommend them.

24th Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Our recent sale was a very long (3yrs) and protracted affair with one hurdle after another to overcome along the way. Throughout the process, Victoria Sotnick's help was invaluable as she went out of her way to constantly badger solicitors, buyers, estate agents and sellers (including us) to keep the whole process moving along. Her communication was exceptionally impressive as she responded to all emails/phone calls, nearly always by return, having first obtained all the information required. She is the perfect person to have on your side and I cannot recommend her more highly.

He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Junaid is very fair, balancing both our needs as buyers and the sellers as well - not an easy job. He has made fantastic recommendations, communicated excellently and is always willing to go an extra mile, always with a smile. I have also appreciated that when he is unavailable, he makes sure we are left in good hands and that we are still looked after. As a result, can’t recommend Mann, and Junaid highly enough. Both Sukh Uppal and David Baah are very professional and are quick to respond to my queries and requests. They led the process with minimal involvement required from myself but kept me informed throughout. When it came to decisions, they provided their honest opinions and suggested options according to my circumstance. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them. ***** Update ***** I’ve been with this team for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service. Everyone is easy to deal with and always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Lauryn Peacock for her support with a recent maintenance issue. She spotted the problem early, found the right contractors, coordinated everything smoothly with the tenants, and made sure the repairs were properly completed. She was a pleasure to work with throughout and really stayed on top of things.

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.

Alex was extremely communicative and supportive, helping to navigate through some challenging complexities with HelpToBuy and the flats Management companies. This was handled with professionalism and knowledge, helping to make the process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for both Mark and Alex for everything they did and all their hard work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.
16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.

It is a real contrast to other agencies I have used who seem to put the property on their website and sit and wait for enquiries to come, offering little feedback or insight into viewers or the local market.
