He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

They remained in contact throughout the sales process and were flexible when arranging appointments. From the first meeting before instruction, they were incredibly helpful and professional and we now have our dream home thanks to all their hard work. In particular, Jak Wheeler has been instrumental in making sure the process has been as smooth as possible and has sorted out any potential hold ups in a calm and proactive way. The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. James Poll and his team marketed our property and managed the presentation, photography and viewings smoothly. We were kept informed of viewings and offers and we were advised on the best way to move forward with the elements of the sale process. In a difficult market, James managed to facilitate a sale which suited both parties. Oaks proved to be good with their communication with us as well as their professionalism.

Buying through shared ownership on my own felt almost impossible at times, and as a single buyer it was that bit harder and more competitive. Incredibly, he picked my name out of a hat on a whim and that one decision completely changed my life. From there, he went above and beyond. He kept everything moving, communicated constantly, and supported me through every step. I truly believe that without James’ dedication and persistence, I’d still be renting now.
