12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were having trouble with selling our flat. After 2 offers that pulled out, we changed state agents to Acorn Sydenham. Harrison White took the lead. He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

Both were a tremendous help throughout the process. Jack, in particular, was friendly, personable, always available, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Thanks to Jack (and Tom) we were able to get the purchase through relatively smoothly. Even before the purchase, we were impressed with their approach. Having seen another property in Balham with them, they kept us in mind when an off-market sale opportunity arose and ensured we saw that property as soon as possible. He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
