7th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Austin and Daphne sold our 5 bedroom house in Wandsworth in October 2025. They helped us at every step throughout the very stressful process. We felt thoroughly supported and in very safe and professional hands . Their communication was excellent and we managed to sell and complete in 5 months . They really know the area and the market and highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling in the local area .
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.
28th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

They were always helpful, professional, and patient, showing us every property we wanted to see without any pressure. Communication was excellent, and they were always quick to answer our questions and support us throughout the whole process. They made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us.
