25th May 2026 (27 days ago)Abi and the team at Tudor and Co recently helped me buy my first house and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The purchase was not straight forward due to a lack of confidence in the vendors solicitors however Abi kept me updated every step of the way and pushed for updates to assist in pushing the sale through. I work abroad often and having never bought a house before I wasn’t sure of the processes or timescales and Abi was extremely supportive and proactive. Down the line when I come to sell the property I shall definitely be engaging Tudor and Co!

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)10/10 – I would recommend Bourne in Godalming without hesitation. We initially had our house on the market with another agent who unfortunately wasn’t able to sell it. After switching, the difference was night and day. From the outset, the team (Adrian, Jim, Tilly) were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. They kept us updated throughout, were always available to answer questions, and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, persistence, and support made a huge difference. We’re delighted with the result and very grateful for all their help. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is responsive, proactive, and goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company!
