I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.- 12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Hamptons enough. As first time buyers we felt supported throughout the entire process. Laura and Becky were always so helpful, friendly and replied promptly to all our enquiries. The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

But what made it for me was the level of communication. Always proactive, frequent, and solution-oriented - he helped us coordinate with both sides solicitors, and made what can be a stressful process feel under control. Would not hesitate to work with him again.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They have always been highly responsive to both general queries and to any maintenance required. Grantley always kept us informed of emergency contacts over the holidays, and proactively informed us of upcoming changes to the letting process/legislation. House visits were organised well in advance, allowing us our privacy. Highly recommended!

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Outstanding service from Charters Estate Agents<br><br>I’ve used Charters Estate Agents for the past 15 months and have been extremely impressed with the service throughout. Their fully managed service has made being a landlord incredibly straightforward, with any issues — whether plumbing, gardening, roofing, electrics or anything else — dealt with quickly and efficiently.<br><br>Last year, they found excellent tenants for my property within a month. More recently, my existing tenants unexpectedly decided to leave, but Charters once again delivered. A new tenant was found, fully checked and agreed to move into the flat within just five weeks — an excellent result given the circumstances.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jacqui and Kirstie, who have been fantastic and played a key role in finding the new tenant. They have both been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout.<br><br>I’m very happy with Charters and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Great service, excellent communication and a very impressive fully managed service. Highly recommended.

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum.
