14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.<br>We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.<br>Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.<br>Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!

She and her team were committed, dynamic and enthusiastic and made us feel they really cared about their work and their clients. Things did not go very smoothly but at all times, I was kept up to date with progress - the communication was excellent. From the outset, Mark & Charlie were on hand to support & re-assure me. Tom then took over my sale & consistently went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward. He was always available to answer questions and I am very grateful for all his help. Thanks also to Ian who did a great job with viewings and provided feedback after each one. Jordan & Ruth also stepped in to help when necessary, so thanks also to them.
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Ralph James were super right from the get go. Orla, Jasmine and Nicky were always friendly polite and a real help when it came to bouncing ideas off them. They have a wealth of knowledge between them when it comes to the property market goings on, especially for niche properties such as mine. They communicated efficiently with other professionals such as the solicitors and our onward chain. Even when things looked like they may not happen they remained positive and had a calming influence. As an additional little touch, once completion day arrived, I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from them. Thank you all so much for helping me sell my home of 10 years.

It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.
