Responsive, understanding, and brilliant at getting vendors to be super-patient. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

21st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Initially went personally to their company in Farnborough to check if the place I'm interested in is still available to let. Sadly, it was let agreed. Joshua Hole managed to offer to me one of their latest flat and booked me for a viewing the next day! It was so quick that we managed to secure the place within few days. Quick turnaround time as well. There were just small issues that caused a delay to our moving date. But I would also commend Sarah for sorting it out; She was very professional when she handle my case and apologise for what happened! Just to add up, I went to other letting agency around the area just for a back up plan in case if I'm not able to get the flat I haven't heard any updates from them, they probably think I'm just messing about and I find them unwelcoming upon coming in contrary to the Romans. Anyhow, if you want a professional and nice team to help you find a place to let. I would suggest Romans and find Josh to assist you!
