Communication is clear and timely, matters are dealt with efficiently, and we always know where things stand.<br><br>What stands out most is their proactive approach and willingness to help. Whether dealing with routine management matters or more complex issues, they are approachable, knowledgeable and quick to respond.<br><br>After our previous experience, it has been refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises. The service represents excellent value for money, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick Gardner’s Block & Estate Management team.

A particular shout out to Ben the Manager who kept a look out for the property we were looking for after one fell through last Autumn. True to his word in early spring this year he contacted us and he pointed us to the property we bought, getting the keys last week We are looking to a challenging and exciting new adventure after 33 years on the South coast Thank you Ben and team

26th May 2026 (26 days ago)An excellent experience as a buyer through Matthew Pierce. Richard was our contact throughout and gave an exceptional personal service. Matthew stepped in when Richard was unavailable, offering the same fantastic service. A very quick process (from offer to completion in approx 2 months). A few delays along the way caused by myself due to working full time & juggling family life, and my solicitor; but Richard & Matthew were on hand to help, explain & smooth things over. Tracy provided excellent support to the team. The property we bought was vacant so we asked if we could get access from exchange to complete a few jobs/decoration. Matthew spoke to the vendor & this was granted enabling us to get ahead of the game in making this our family home. In summary, an excellent buyer experience, clear communication throughout & I would highly recommend the whole team at Matthew Pierce

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! From the moment we put our house on the market, Nikki, Orla and Jasmine from the Reigate office were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, we never found ourselves chasing for updates or wondering what was happening. They were always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making everything feel effortless. Within just two weeks, they had secured two excellent offers, and our house sold incredibly quickly. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like just another client being moved through a process. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

29th May 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client. I wish our estate agent had given us the same care and attention that Monochrome gave us! She’s a credit to her profession.
3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy
