4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.

The team has always been professional and reliable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Kira, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. She has always responded promptly to any questions, emails, or enquiries I’ve had, and her support has made a real difference over the years. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. 23rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
