11th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)I have to disclaim this by saying I have not yet moved into the property, however this has been the smoothest and most professional journey to renting that I have had in all my years renting in London. Martin has been wonderful and forthcoming in every way. Even though we had a unique situation and some bumps in the process, he has helped us at every step, and was so patient with us throughout. I didn’t know agents like this existed in London! A one in a million encounter. I hope everything else continues to go smoothly, but can say from my experiences so far all has been great. All encounters seem genuine, straightforward and honest, which is so refreshing from the usual agents I’ve experienced in London. Thank you!

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.
25th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I can’t praise this estate agency too highly. From the very start the whole team was positive and proactive. They obtained a good price for the sale our property and arranged a large number of high-quality viewings that resulted in sale in a relatively short period of time. Where Callum and his team really delivered was after the sale had been agreed – making sure that nothing derailed the process before exchange. This is where the real value of an estate agent shows – and they were terrific. All estate agents are not the same – and Marsh & Parsons, Queens Park proves it.

It seems that they do not care if you ask questions- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Anytime we had a problem with the flat someone came almost immediately for a first assessment and sent a contractor on the same day. Dorian and his team were always very responsive for any question or issue we had.

The way they guided us as sellers clearly demonstrated their experience and professionalism in the market. Lance was always available to take my calls and address any queries that arose during the process, which made everything much smoother for us. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. 26th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Satnam was superb and does what he says on the tin. Had a bad expierence with a poor agent in town and we ended up giving Lotus a go. Satnam and Elliott delivered, and now will be looking at giving our other flat in June.
